No. UrnWorth is a retailer, not a funeral home, crematory, or funeral service provider. We sell urns, keepsakes, and memorial jewelry. Every product we carry is reviewed by licensed funeral professionals, but we don't handle cremation, burial, or funeral arrangements directly. For those services, your local funeral home is the right place to start.

Personalized and engraved items, including fingerprint jewelry and custom photo pieces, can't be returned once production has started, since each one is made specifically for your order. See our shipping & returns page for full details.

Orders typically leave our fulfillment partner's warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, then arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Personalized items take longer to process before they ship.

Yes, on orders over $200. Orders under that amount ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

TSA allows cremated remains in carry-on bags, but the container must pass through X-ray screening successfully, which some dense materials (certain metals and stones) can interfere with. If you're planning to travel with an urn, wood or a TSA-compliant material is generally the safer choice, and it's worth checking with your airline directly before flying.
