No. UrnWorth is a retailer, not a funeral home, crematory, or funeral service provider. We sell urns, keepsakes, and memorial jewelry. Every product we carry was selected by a licensed funeral director, but we don't handle cremation, burial, or funeral arrangements directly. For those services, your local funeral home is the right place to start.

Most adult urns need to hold roughly 1 cubic inch per pound of body weight. See our sizing guide for the full breakdown, including companion and infant sizing, which work differently.

Personalized and engraved items, including fingerprint jewelry and custom photo pieces, can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective or don't match the proof you approved, since each one is made for your order. You can cancel a personalized order at no charge until you approve the engraving proof. See our shipping & returns page for full details.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day ship the same day from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Engraved and personalized orders ship the same day when the proof is approved by 1:00 PM Central. Ground delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. We ship within the United States only.

Yes. Ground shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 ship by ground for a flat $25. 2-Day and Overnight shipping are also available at checkout.

TSA allows cremated remains in carry-on bags, but the container must pass through X-ray screening successfully, which some dense materials (certain metals and stones) can interfere with. If you're planning to travel with an urn, wood or a TSA-compliant material is generally the safer choice, and it's worth checking with your airline directly before flying.

Ash jewelry holds a small sealed portion of cremated remains inside the piece itself. Fingerprint jewelry has an actual fingerprint engraved into the metal, and requires a print to have been captured before cremation. See our keepsake jewelry guide for the full explanation.

Yes. Companion urns are built to hold two individuals' remains, either together in one chamber or in a divided one. See our companion urn guide for how sizing and chamber styles work.
