Shipping policy

This policy covers orders from UrnWorth LLC ("UrnWorth," "we," or "us") at urnworth.com.

1. Where we ship

1.1 We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

1.2 UrnWorth is an online retailer with no showroom. All orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Dallas, Texas.

2. Processing time

2.1 Orders placed by 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central ship the next business day.

2.2 Engraved and personalized orders ship the same day when the engraving proof is approved by 1:00 PM Central Time on a business day. Proofs approved after 1:00 PM Central ship the next business day.

2.3 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. If an order contains several items, they may ship in separate packages.

3. Shipping rates

3.1 Ground shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 ship by ground for a flat $25.

3.2 2-Day shipping ($59) and Overnight shipping ($89) are offered at checkout. The exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery time

4.1 Ground orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. 2-Day orders usually arrive within 2 business days after they ship, and Overnight orders within 1 business day.

4.2 Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can cause delays.

4.3 When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

5. Damaged, lost, or misdelivered packages

5.1 If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or quantity, contact us within three (3) days of delivery. Section 1 of our Refund Policy explains what happens next, and we cover the cost.

5.2 If tracking shows no movement for five (5) business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund once the carrier confirms the loss.

5.3 Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package is returned to the warehouse because the address was incorrect or delivery was refused, we may charge the cost of reshipping it.
