April w/ Clear Zirconia Sterling Silver Keepsake

Clear zirconia stands in for April's diamond, and at any distance the two look much alike. The stone is faceted and colourless, set on the face of an upright sterling silver pendant that opens by a screw at the top. It measures three quarters of an inch wide and a little over an inch tall.
