Classic Air Force Brass Urn   

Brass gives this urn a weight in the hand that wood does not: a 5-inch square footprint standing 10 inches tall, heavier than its size suggests. The Air Force emblem sits on the front of a plain polished body, and there is no ornament beyond it.

It holds 210 cubic inches, which covers an adult up to about 210 pounds. The base unthreads for filling and screws back down, and a threaded metal closure holds up better than a wood panel if burial or graveside interment is planned. Polish occasionally with a dry cloth; brass will dull over time when it is handled often.
