Daisy Small Pet Urn

Daisies give this small wood urn its name and its only decoration. The box itself is plain: five inches long, three and a quarter wide, two inches tall, with a grain that varies piece to piece the way natural material does. It is small enough to sit on a bookshelf beside a photograph without taking the shelf over.

Ashes go in through the base. A panel on the bottom lifts away, the bag from the crematory goes inside, and the panel goes back. Use the usual measure when you are sizing it: about one cubic inch of space for every pound your pet weighed. At these dimensions that means a cat, a rabbit or a small terrier rather than a retriever. If your pet was near the upper end, ask us to confirm the interior volume first.
