A dolphin arcs over a curved wave on the front of this inch-tall pendant, cut from gold-toned steel and polished on both faces. The tail and dorsal fin break the outline, so it reads as a shape rather than a disc with a picture stamped on it. People choose it for someone who spent their life near water.
Half a cubic inch inside holds a token portion of ashes, not a full set; that needs a standard urn sized at about one cubic inch per pound of body weight. It also takes sand from a beach that mattered, if you would rather keep the ashes together. Steel does not corrode in salt air.
