Gleaming Cross Brass Urn

Raised on the front face of this polished brass urn is a plain cross, cast rather than etched, so it stands proud of the surface and reads from across a room. The rest of the body is left undecorated and bright.

The base measures 6.5 inches square and the urn is 10.5 inches tall, with 220 cubic inches of capacity for an adult of up to about 220 pounds. It loads from the top. Polished brass is the traditional choice for burial and for a church columbarium, and the cross means it needs no further explanation when it is set out at a service.
