Guardian Purple Stone Urn

Deep purple runs through the stone rather than sitting on top of it, so the colour shifts a little as you move around the urn and no two pieces mark out quite the same pattern. The body is broad and low, roughly 11 inches long by 7.5 wide and 7 tall, with a weight you notice as soon as you pick it up.

Capacity is 225 cubic inches, which covers an adult of up to about 225 pounds using the standard one cubic inch per pound of body weight. Filling happens from underneath: turn it over, remove the base plate, place the bag of ashes inside, and reseat the plate. Check your niche dimensions first, as 11 inches is wider than many columbarium openings.
