Kenzie Custom Paw Print Oval

Engraving is the whole of this piece: an oval of stainless steel, roughly an inch tall, carrying nothing but the print of the paw you traced. The Kenzie oval sets the print vertically, which suits an impression that is longer than it is wide. The steel is left plain right out to the edge, with no border or applied detail.

Cut engraving does not fade or rub away, so this holds up to being worn under a collar day after day for years. Most owners send an ink impression taken while the animal was alive, or a print made by the veterinary clinic afterward. Either works, provided the pads are clearly separated.
