Leaf Heart Gold Steel Pendant

Veined leaves run across the front of this heart, raised out of stainless steel under a gold finish. It stands an inch tall, which puts it in the middle of the pendant range: visible against a shirt, not heavy enough to notice by the end of a day. The leaf work catches light differently as it turns.

Half a cubic inch is the capacity, which is generous for jewelry and still only a portion. A full adult set of ashes needs an urn sized to about one cubic inch per pound of body weight, so this piece and an urn are bought together, not instead of each other. It arrives on a chain and is filled at home with a small funnel. Any jeweler can seal the closure with a drop of adhesive if you would rather it never came open.
