Gold-finished steel does best away from abrasive cleaners; a dry cloth is enough. If you want it engraved, choose that option before ordering, since it is far easier to do before the piece leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. Delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are.
Engraved pieces work to the same cutoff, with one difference: the clock starts when you approve the engraving proof, not when you place the order. If your service date is tight, tell us and we will flag it.
