Photographs sit behind a front panel on this wooden urn, which is built low and wide rather than in the tall shape most photo urns take. The wood is finished warm and left plain around the opening, so the picture is the first thing anyone sees and the urn itself stays quiet behind it.
Capacity runs to 220 cubic inches, right for an adult who weighed up to about 220 pounds. At 10 inches wide, 7 inches deep and 6.9 inches tall, it sits low enough not to crowd a mantel or the top of a dresser. Ashes go in through the base, so the photo stays in place.
