Eleven inches tall, this hand-glazed ceramic urn is the middle height of the ceramic range and the quietest of them in feel. Fired clay gives it weight and a slightly uneven sheen across the surface that a product photograph flattens out more than it should.
The lid lifts off the top and the bag of ashes goes in whole. At 11 inches it stands taller than the 9-inch Forget Me Not bodies and shorter than the 12-inch Spring Flower, and between the three the real difference is presence on a shelf rather than what they hold. Fired ceramic belongs indoors, back from any edge.
