Mother of Pearl Heart Silver Pendant

Mother of pearl fills the face of this silver heart, shifting between white, pink and pale green depending on how the light hits it. The pendant is small, three quarters of an inch across, which keeps it from swinging or catching on a collar. No two inlays match exactly, because the shell they are cut from never does.

Capacity is a quarter of a cubic inch, so it takes a pinch of ashes rather than a full set. It closes with a screw top that holds on its own, and if you want it permanent a jeweler can add a drop of adhesive to the threads. A chain comes with it, and filling is done at home using the funnel supplied.
