Mother of Pearl Heart Steel Pendant

Iridescent mother of pearl fills the front of this heart, set into a stainless steel frame and shifting between white, pink and pale green as the light moves. The piece is one inch tall. A screw top at the crown of the heart comes away for filling.

Inside there is room for about a quarter of a cubic inch, a keepsake share rather than a full set of ashes. Mother of pearl is a natural shell material, so each inlay has its own banding and no two pieces are quite alike. Keep it away from perfume and hairspray, both of which will dull the surface over time.
