Nelson Tall Brass Urn

Height is the difference here. Where the standard Nelson is wide and low, this version stands 10 inches on a 5 inch square base, giving it a narrow upright shape that takes up very little shelf width. The brass is plain and polished, with a small fitted lid.

It holds 210 cubic inches, which is the ashes of an adult who weighed up to roughly 210 pounds. Because the footprint is small, it works on a bookshelf, a side table, or a narrow niche where a rounder urn will not go. Fill it from underneath with the urn inverted on a towel, then tighten the plate by hand.
