Purple Large Size Keepsake

Purple over brass, standing four and a quarter inches tall and two and three-quarters across. Larger than most keepsakes and shaped to be seen, it opens at the top rather than underneath, so you can set it down on a table and fill it without turning it over.

This is still a keepsake rather than a full-size urn: it takes a portion of the ashes, not all of them. Sized as it is, it works on a bedside table or a bookshelf where a smaller vessel would get lost. Some families use it as the piece that stays home while the main urn goes to a niche.
