Raku Wood Hand Cremation Urn

Turned from solid wood with a warm natural finish, this urn carries the hand motif that gives the Raku series its name on the front panel. The grain runs unbroken around the rest of the body, so no two pieces look quite the same. Sides and lid are left plain.

Ashes go in through a threaded opening in the base: you unscrew the plate, fill, and close it again. The 220 cubic inch capacity suits an adult up to about 220 pounds. At 7 inches square and 9.75 inches tall it sits comfortably on a mantel or a bookshelf, and a wood urn this size is usually chosen for display at home rather than for burial.
