Sacred Heart Steel Keepsake

Catholic families ask for this one by name. The Sacred Heart is worked into stainless steel with the crown of thorns and the flame raised from the surface, on a compact half-inch square that sits high on the chest.

It opens at the bottom, where a threaded screw backs out to let you fill it. Capacity is about half a cubic inch, a token amount of ashes rather than a full set, so it is meant to sit alongside a larger urn rather than replace one. At this size it wears well under a collar and does not swing. The steel takes a polish back with a cloth if it dulls after a few years of wear.
