Silver Feather Winged Heart Necklace Keepsake

Wings and a feather wrap around a heart on this silver pendant, three motifs in one piece, which is more decoration than most keepsakes in this range carry. It stands about an inch tall. The detail is raised rather than etched, so the outline is broken instead of smooth and it catches light from several directions at once.

Inside is a small chamber for a token portion of ashes, a lock of hair or a little earth. It is not sized to hold a full set, and no pendant of this size is. Filling is done by hand with the small funnel that comes in the box, and a jeweler can add a drop of adhesive to the threads so it cannot work loose in daily wear.
