Simplicity Biodegradable Urn

Nothing is printed on this one. It is a plain box, six inches square and just under eight inches tall, in biodegradable material, and it tends to be the choice when the person who died disliked ornament. Ashes go in from the top.

Capacity is 250 cubic inches, which covers an adult of about 250 pounds by the one-cubic-inch-per-pound rule. It is made for green burial: placed in the ground as it is, the material breaks down with the soil around it. It will also hold for a short spell on a shelf between the funeral and the burial date, though it is not built to sit out for years.
