Star Bright Brass Urn

Small stars are worked into the shoulder of this brass urn, repeating in a single band and catching the light at a different angle than the polished ground around them. The body is otherwise unbroken brass, 6.5 inches square, rising to 10.5 inches with the lid seated. Families often choose it for someone who worked nights, sailed, or simply loved the sky.

Capacity runs to 220 cubic inches, which fits an adult of about 220 pounds or under. Filling is done from the top. Brass will not crack in cold and needs no sealing for indoor display, though a jeweler can add adhesive at the lid seam if the urn is going into the ground.
