Steel Bar Crystal Keepsake Necklace

Slim is the whole idea: a quarter-inch wide steel bar, an inch and a quarter long, with a line of small crystals set down the front. Vertical bars like this read as modern and do not announce themselves as memorial jewelry.

The top unscrews to open it. Inside is about a quarter of a cubic inch, a token measure of ashes rather than a full set, and enough for the small amount most people want to keep on them.
