Steel Gold Cross Cremation Pendant

Christian families tend to reach for this one first. The pendant is a plain Latin cross in gold-plated steel, an inch and a half from top to bottom, with no stones or filigree competing with the shape. It loads from the top through a small threaded opening.

Capacity is a quarter cubic inch, which is a small measure of ashes rather than the whole. Use a funnel, work over paper, and stop short of the rim so the screw seats properly. If it will be worn every day, a jeweler can seal the threads permanently for a few dollars.
