Scattering usually happens somewhere awkward: a ridge line, a boat rail, a beach in wind. This tube is built for that trip. Stainless steel body, screw top, and a shape narrow enough to hold in one hand while the other hand stays on something solid.
It takes 6 cubic inches, so it carries a portion rather than a full adult set; families often fill several and scatter in different places over a few years. The screw top means it can go in a coat pocket or a daypack without opening on the way. Steel will not crack if it goes over on a rock, and it wipes clean afterward if you decide to keep it. Load it over a table with a funnel, not at the site.
