Thera Bright Blue Urn

Thera is the wide-bodied one: 7 inches across but only 9.25 inches tall, so it sits lower and broader than the tapered urns around it. The finish is a saturated, bright blue over spun aluminum, glossy enough to pick up room light along the shoulder of the piece rather than going flat.

It holds 200 cubic inches, matching an adult up to about 200 lb on the cubic-inch-per-pound rule. Aluminum keeps the weight down, which matters if the urn is going to be carried at a service or posted on to another family member afterwards. The top opening takes the whole bag. Check the niche width before you order, since 7 inches is wider than many columbarium slots allow.
