Families who want a full-size urn with nothing applied to it often stop here. The Vigil is black stone, 8 inches across and 11 inches tall, with a plain lid and no motif, medallion or inlay anywhere on the surface.
Two hundred cubic inches makes this the standard adult size, right for an adult of up to about 200 pounds; if the person weighed more than that, the 220 cubic inch stone urns are the safer pick. The lid lifts off the top for filling. Eight inches of width clears most columbarium niches, but measure the opening height against 11 inches before you order, because that is the dimension people get caught out by.

- Heavy for its size, so lift it with both hands and set it down flat; free ground shipping is included

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. Delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are.
Engraved pieces work to the same cutoff, with one difference: the clock starts when you approve the engraving proof, not when you place the order. If your service date is tight, tell us and we will flag it.
