Western White Heart steel keepsake

Stainless steel heart pendant, an inch tall, with a white face that separates it from the plain polished hearts sitting beside it in the grid. Steel keeps the piece light on the chain and stops it tarnishing where it touches skin. The opening is threaded and set at the bottom, so nothing interrupts the front of the heart.

The chamber takes about a quarter of a cubic inch, which is a token portion of ashes and nothing like a full set; the rest normally stays in a full size urn or is scattered. Filling is a two minute job at home with a funnel. When several family members each want one, they are often bought as a set and engraved separately so each carries a different date.
