Blue across the whole body, over a polished aluminum shell. Metal urns like this weigh far less than stone or brass of the same size, which matters when an urn has to travel by air or be carried the length of a church at a service. The finish is bright and even rather than banded or brushed.
Sizing runs by weight: allow about one cubic inch of urn capacity for every pound the person weighed before death, and check that figure against the depth of a columbarium niche if the urn is going into one. Ask us for the exact capacity of this model if you need it confirmed before ordering. Aluminum takes fingerprints; a soft dry cloth clears them.
- Lightweight aluminum body, easier to carry and to ship than stone
- Confirm capacity against body weight at roughly one cubic inch per pound
- No dimensions are published for this urn either, so measure the niche and check with us first
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. Delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are.
Engraved pieces work to the same cutoff, with one difference: the clock starts when you approve the engraving proof, not when you place the order. If your service date is tight, tell us and we will flag it.
