Match capacity to your pet's body weight at roughly one cubic inch per pound. A 10 lb cat needs 10 cu in, a 55 lb border collie needs 55, and a mastiff can need 150 or more. If the crematory has already returned the ashes in a temporary box or bag, weigh or measure that before you order. Most of the wood boxes here open from the base, and a name and dates can be engraved on the lid or on a small plate.
